As a registered user of the site, you can create casts lists that are either listed or unlisted. Unlisted cast lists will only be accessible by individuals who have the direct URL of the list and will not have a link on the site's home page. Unlisted lists are not password protected and can be accessed by any person or program with the URL, and they may become accessible via search engines under certain circumstances. Listed cast lists are available via links to any registered or non-registered users of the site as well as anyone with the URL.

Cast Members

All cast lists, whether listed or unlisted, can contain any combination of public individuals. Be aware that other users can view any information you add to the extent that those users have access to your list (see above "Cast Lists"). As described in the Copyright and Conditions of Use, you are solely responsible for all information you add about any cast member.

Sharing Information

Protecting users' privacy is extremely important to The Casting Game. Your email address and other personal information will never be disclosed to any third party, except as required to comply with law; enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of The Casting Game, our users, or others. Your personal information will never be sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed for commercial purposes.
